We get it, plans change. You can cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Within that window, you'll be charged for one night. During peak season (winter holidays and summer), we need 7 days notice. Group bookings and events have their own policies, so just ask when you're booking.

Absolutely! We're dog-friendly in select suites. There's a $50 per night pet fee, and we ask that your furry friend stays under 50 lbs. We've got dog beds, bowls, and treats ready to go. Just give us a heads up when booking so we can set you up in the right room.

Check-in starts at 4 PM, and we ask that you check out by 11 AM. Need to arrive early or leave late? We can usually store your bags, and sometimes we can swing early check-in if the room's ready. Just shoot us a message beforehand.

Yep, high-speed WiFi's free throughout the resort. Whether you're working from your suite or checking email by the fire pit, you're covered. We've got solid coverage everywhere, including the spa and restaurant.

Definitely recommend it, especially on weekends and holidays. Our massage therapists get booked up fast. You can reserve treatments when you book your room or call us anytime. Walk-ins are welcome if we've got availability, but don't count on it during busy times.

You get free WiFi, parking, access to our fitness center and outdoor hot tubs, daily housekeeping, and complimentary coffee in the lobby. Breakfast isn't automatic but you can add it when booking. All our suites have those mountain views we're known for, plus fireplaces and balconies.

That's what our adventure concierge is here for! We can hook you up with guided hikes, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing, zip-lining... pretty much any outdoor adventure you're after. Some activities run year-round, others are seasonal. Best to book 2-3 days ahead.

Our alpine dining room's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a menu that changes with the seasons. We focus on local BC ingredients and mountain-inspired dishes. There's also a more casual lounge with lighter fare and a killer cocktail list. Room service is available too.

We've got three event spaces that can handle anywhere from 20 to 200 people. Weddings are kind of our thing, especially outdoor ceremonies with the mountain backdrop. We also host corporate retreats, conferences, and family reunions. Our events team will work with you on everything from catering to A/V setup.

Honestly, there's no bad time. Winter's amazing for skiing and cozying up by the fire. Summer brings hiking, mountain biking, and those long sunny days. Fall's gorgeous with the changing colors and fewer crowds. Spring's a bit quieter but perfect if you want the place more to yourself. Each season's got its own vibe.
